Did you know that 90% of the population are right-handed, yet we're all using left-handed tape measures when measuring and marking? If you're right-handed, think about what you do every time you pick up a tape. You hold your tape measure in your right-hand and you have to use your weaker left hand to make a mark. For non-ambidextrous people (like most of us), writing or marking with the weak hand is difficult and frustratingly inaccurate, especially when trying to work quickly.
