The
U-mach Kit laid out. Top left is the vacuum control tap plate and fixing
screws. Below that is the vacuum control tap and locking nut. Further
down are the twelve pressure activated ball valves, and bottom left is
the tapered hose adapter. On the right from the top are two 2.3 metre
rolls of Top Gasket material and a 2.3 metre roll of Bottom Gasket material.
This kit also comes with a comprehensive step-by-step construction manual,
scale plan/template and an instruction manual for the Mini Mach portable
vacuum clamping work bed.
To build your vacuum hold-down system in addition to the U-Mach Kit you
will also require some suitable platen material (25mm MDF or marine multi
ply), a vacuuM.POWER source (500 watt domestic vacuum cleaner, workshop
extractor, air-line venturi & compressor, or dedicated vacuum pump) and
a basic tool kit. Once constructed (4 hours approx.) you'll be able to
rout obstruction free to your heart's content
